what this quote means is that success does not happen over night it start by you dedicating your time to something you like.For example in the video we just watched was a basketball player named Stephen Curry and he practiced shooting the basket ball to the nets he shoot in different angles from a 3 pointer to half court and until he made 5 from each angle he would than stop practicing.But the point of this is that he would practice everyday and worked his way up to be the best player from the NBA and he was not like the other players who would be like okay ill see you at the game and do not practice at all. Or those other players who will go home watch TV instead of practicing on their routine.Or also those player who would go home and play video games and not practice or hangout with friends and not practice or maybe they procrastinate when they say yeah I am going to go practice and do not end up going to practice.
